To keep the EPC Community app enjoyable and engaging for all members, the Chamber is committed to creating a community free of harassment. This includes not only sexual harassment, but also harassment based on gender (perceived or actual), race, color, religion, national origin, age, pregnancy, childbirth, disability, marital status, veteran status, political beliefs, or any other basis prohibited under law. The Chamber strongly disapproves of and will not tolerate harassment of a Community member by any other Community member. If the Chamber determines that a Community member has harassed another Community member appropriate steps will be taken, including written warnings and/or removal from the Community.
By you using the El Paso Chamber Community app, you agree that you will not post, send, submit, or publish any material to the Community that:
Is vulgar, obscene, pornographic, or indecent;
Threatens or abuses others;
Is racist, sexist, abusive, harassing, threatening or offensive;
Violates any law or may be considered to violate any law;
Advocates illegal activity or discusses an intent to commit an illegal act;
Harvests or otherwise collects information about others, including e-mail addresses, without their consent;
Impersonates or misrepresents your connection to any other entity or person or otherwise manipulates headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of the content;
Solicits funds, advertisers, or sponsors
Contains hyper-links to other sites that contain content that falls within the descriptions set forth above
